These Conditions of Sale and Return Policy ("Conditions") apply to the purchase of digital services provided by Gestion Propiedad Vacacional LLC ("we", "our" or "the Company"), in accordance with the laws of sale and current consumption in Wyoming, United States.
Purchase of Digital Services:

Contract signing: if you choose to work with us, we will send you a draft contract with its conditions. By entering into a contract, you accept the specifications and features described.
Payment: The prices of our digital services are clearly indicated on our website. We accept payment methods specified on our site. The transaction is processed securely (transfer, card or PayPal). The data regarding how to make monthly/quarterly payments is added to the contract.
Confirmation: After placing a contract, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of the contract.
Return policy:
1. Refunds: Since we offer non-physical digital services, our refund policy is governed as follows:
- a. Refunds within a specific period: If you are not satisfied with our digital services, you can request a cancellation of the contract within 7 days after signing the contract.
- b. Exceptions: We do not offer contract cancellation after a reservation is in progress or confirmed at a future date.
2. Refund Process: To request a refund, send us an email to info@gestionviviendavacacional.com with the details of your purchase and the reason for the refund request.
3. Cancellation of Services: You can cancel future services at any time through the online service cancellation form. In this case, the contract is for 1 calendar year and you must give sufficient notice to block reservations from the date of 1 calendar year. Thus, no harm would be generated by any of the parties and/or guests. However, services that are underway or planned with confirmation will not be canceled.
Changes to the Conditions:
We reserve the right to modify these Conditions of Sale and Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Users are deemed to accept the changes by continuing to use our services after the modification.
